Have you ever visited Kilbirnie Loch and seen model aeroplane flying on the adjacent sports fields? You may even have seen a large gathering of water planes taking off from the loch on the odd occasion.
Perhaps you’ve wondered who these people are and what it’s all about? Well these flyers belong to the Garnock Valley Model Aircraft Club, a group of around thirty people from varied backgrounds who share the common interest of building and flying model aircraft.
